It is about that time of year again. Soccer is over...you're bored...and you have nothing else on your mind besides the delicious food you'll be eating during the holidays. Sooooo....We took the liberty of creating the MOST AMAZING pumpkin bread just in time for you to surprise your mom and impress your family on Thanksgiving this Thursday (They will be very grateful :)). We got creative and added some extras, such as almond extract, semi sweet-chocolate chips and coconut oil.. Trust us, you won't want to miss out on this bread (After all...Carbs are a girls best friend).....
2 Ripe Bananas
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil (Substitute: Coconut Oil)
1 and 1/3 cups of Canned Pumpkin
1/2 Cup of Honey
2 and 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour (Substitute: Almond Meal)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Walnuts
Prep Time: 20 min
Cook Time: 45 min
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
3. Start mixing ingredients in large mixing bowl.
4. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean).
5. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

The bread should be so moist and full of flavor even Grandma will be drooling over this.
