Us soccer players typically drink protein shakes because we understand the importance of fueling our body properly as athletes. As athletes, we need carbohydrates and proteins to help us perform for the full 90 minutes. So instead of the usual/boring protein shake, we decided to get creative :)

We usually enjoy incorporating greek yogurt into our post fitness meals so we thought the two together would be the PERFECT combo. We like to call it....the 110 Athletics Protein Wafer Parfait
What you will need:
Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
Berries (strawberries, raspberries, whatever you want)
Banana
Cinnamon

Directions: Use a bowl, cup or Mason Jar. We layered first the yogurt, followed by the wafers and then the fruit. Continue to follow that pattern until you reach the top of the jar. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and SHABAM you have your very own Wafer Parfait.
