The Stages of Preseason for Ladyballers

If you're a Ladyballer, you can relate to all of the stages we go through when we're in preseason. First, we're excited to get back together with our team. By week 2, we're feeling frustrated. Then we're on the brink of losing our minds with bouts of crying and sadness. By week 4, we made it through the fitness hell, see the positives and are ready to crush the season. The reality is that you have to get uncomfortable to reach your potential.. So although it is tough, Preseason we thank you for making us stronger, faster and better every year!



Stage 1: EXCITED

Stage 2: FRUSTRATED

Stage 3: SAD, DEFEATED, ABOUT TO GIVE UP 

Stage 4: POSITIVE & READY FOR THE SEASON
