Welcome to becoming a healthier and more well-balanced athlete! ACL injuries are not entirely preventable, but we can help decrease our risk of injury by working on our areas of weakness! The first two videos will be assessing your risk, and the following 5 videos will be corrective exercises to help decrease our risk!

Each exercise will be fully explained as well as have key notes and points highlighted throughout the demonstration of each! Don't hesitate to reach out to contact@soccergrlprobs.com for any questions you have regarding anything in these videos!
